The AFCP is the distillation of Cognician's 15 years of experience and expertise in activating transformational change. The program equips individuals and teams with practical tactics, methods, and skills to design compelling experiences that drive behavioral change with measurable results in organizations.

The certification program consists of two levels that are delivered over a period of four weeks, requiring approximately 9 hours of commitment.
