# How We Activated Behavior Change Among Leaders

To achieve this, the Responsible Leadership Challenge (RLC) was created in partnership with the World Economic Forum. This program inspired over 700 young leaders and changemakers from 100 countries to share their knowledge, build networks, and implement behaviors around Responsible Leadership.

- Encouraged peer-to-peer recommendations and support.
