Allianz needed a program that would improve key communication skills. The program needed to enable continuous practice in limited time frames. It also needed aspects such as bite-sized practice sessions, self-observation, and feedback.
In response, a multi-day challenge called the Credibility Quest was developed and provided:
- 30 lessons focusing on five key skills
- Guided virtual coaching with video lessons, online practice exercises, and offline practice suggestions
- A self-paced format with email invitations to lessons and follow-up emails.
- 100% of team members engaged with the program
- 95% of team members said they enjoyed the program
- 95% of team members said they learned something helpful.
